As I mentioned once before somewhere, it's possible Kuroi-sensei isn't married because she bears too strong a resemblance to Edward Elric. And she's constantly clobbering poor little Konata in the head. If she clouts a small girl in the head, what would she do to a potential husband?

...Or it could just be the Kansai-ben.

Both this and my editor account get 'bad request' errors from Winamp when trying to hear this show. The site's player is still ok.
