	I did some searching in the forums and blogs for numbers. Starvo reported at end of year 2007, we had 2200 active members, no count for Halloween, but I would guess at least near 1300 for 2007. End of 2008 was a little less, 1750. I would guess near 1100 at Halloween 2008. Looks like we had 2500 active members for Christmas 2006. Stavro Arrgolus: --- The busy season's here, anyway. Many come back for the holiday music.

	It took more than a month to go from the low of 695 to 800. The losses stopped just after Labor Day and slowly came back. At this rate, we'll have the totals we used to have ..in just a few years. The busy season's here, anyway. Many come back for the holiday music. With all the shows we have now, maybe some of them will stay.

	I haven't been watching the numbers lately, so a late welcome to member 49,000, donsch of Demotte, IN, who joined us last Saturday. Current Active Members has again risen above 800, but I think that is a low number for us in the week before Halloween compared to other years.
